I am a third year Master of Divinity student at the University of Chicago Divinity School.  After serving as the student intern in 2009/2010 school year, I decided to seek licensure and ordination through First Baptist Church of Chicago. I received a B.A in English and Religion at Denison University and worked with AmeriCorps in West Virginia before returning to school for my Masters Degree in 2008. In addition to my work at the church, I am also the president of the Divinity Student Association and serve as the Area Assistant for the ministry program.  At First Baptist, I enjoy cooking breakfast, teaching Sunday school, and serving the congregation.
