First Baptist Church has been led by the Spirit to initiate programs and programming ideas that were unique to its ministry.  Our Children's Message during the worship is one of those wonderful ideas that make our worship memorable.

 

Another one of those wonderful programming ideas is the Youth Sermon Series.  Each year the high school seniors of our church deliver a Sunday sermon.  This year we will have five young people tell the story of their journey of faith.  Philip Banks a student at Whitney Young High School will be the speaker on January 31st.
